Terms and Conditions of Nouk's Your Body is Magic

**1. Membership Duration and Renewal**
The program lasts for 8 weeks from the date of enrollment. There is no automatic renewal at the end of the 8 weeks; however, members will have the option to re-enroll or continue with other programs we offer.

**2. Payment Options**
Members can choose between 4 payment options: a one-time full payment or  installment payments. Details of the payment schedule for the installment option will be provided upon registration.

**3. Refund Policy**
We offer a 90-day refund policy, subject to proof of implementation of the program’s lessons and strategies. Refunds are granted only to those who can demonstrate that they have actively engaged with and applied the program materials without seeing desired results.

**4. Health and Safety**
While NUSA does not require a health waiver, we advise all members to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness or nutrition regimen, especially if they have pre-existing health conditions.

**5. Intellectual Property and Use of Content**
All content provided in YBM  including but not limited to videos, guides, and handbooks, is for personal use only and is protected under intellectual property laws. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any program material is strictly prohibited.

**6. Community Guidelines**
NUSA's community is a supportive and respectful space. Members are expected to refrain from putting down or insulting others, engaging in inappropriate behavior, shaming, or sharing personal information about others without consent. Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community and/or program.

**7. Privacy and Data Protection**
We are committed to protecting your personal and payment information. All such data is stored securely and used only for the purposes of administering your membership and communicating with you about NUSA offerings.

**8. Modification of Terms**
NUSA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any significant changes through email or other communication methods used by the academy.

**9. Dispute Resolution**
In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage members to contact us directly for resolution. If mutual resolution is not possible, disputes will be settled through arbitration or mediation, as determined appropriate by NUSA.
